Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
• Experience managing design tasks for digital marketing and media buying teams.
• Experience handling complex marketing projects involving multiple teams and clients.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and align tasks with goals.
• Experience managing a team of skilled designers.
• Ability to give and receive feedback and incorporate conclusions into designs.
• Strong attention to visual details.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work iteratively, and share results regularly.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Google Docs, Figma, and Adobe tools.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

• Managing graphic and animated banner tasks from different marketing teams, including briefing, prioritization, negotiation, and rejecting poor or unnecessary tasks.
• Managing time and people: assigning tasks to designers, monitoring workload and deadlines.
• Proactively communicating with clients about unclear tasks or tight deadlines.
• Creating templates, sheets, image collections, translations, and other resources to streamline task setup and execution.
• Leading the development and improvement of work processes.
• Updating a library of design layouts to automate routine tasks for designers and clients.
• Assessing design quality based on experience with typical tasks and clients.
• Participating in resolving issues related to designer work quality or delays.
