At Factorial , we're seeking a Partner Development Lead for the Spanish Market to elevate our company. The partners team is in its early stages, offering significant opportunities to shape processes, grow, and help build a new business unit.

The Role:

• Identify new potential partners and manage the full sales cycle to integrate them into our partner program.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR sector who sell, implement, and support Factorial.
• Serve as the primary contact for several partners.
• Conduct regular meetings (calls, video demos) with partners and their clients, updating them on products and resolving issues.
• Collect feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for partnership development.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership.

Your Profile:

• Hungry, persistent, with a hunter mentality and proactive approach.
• 4-6 years experience in Sales/B2B within SaaS or digital transformation sectors.
• Excellent communicator with quick empathy skills.
• Proactive with a penchant for new ideas.
• Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch.
• Background in partnership or channel sales.
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Software, or Payroll.
• Experience with full cycle B2B sales, especially with SMBs.
