🚀 Art Director (Graph Design)

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from the art side and managing assigned artists.
• Creating all necessary materials for projects from concept to final product.
• Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Reviewing graphic materials for validity and appropriateness.
• Quality control and identifying work process improvements.
• Being a role model and fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of industry experience working with creative teams, preferably in graphic illustrations and visuals.
• Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and production challenges.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of artists and designers.
• Attention to visual details.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively.
