What you will do in this role

As a Sales Operation Manager , you will:

• Manage the site sales forecast and operations
• Lead sales managers to exceed targets and achieve business goals
• Oversee sales functions, set objectives, and improve processes
• Identify market needs and resolve issues
• Manage team size and talent development
• Drive project activities to meet sales revenue goals
• Coach and evaluate team leaders, maintain stakeholder relationships

Your qualifications

• Are bilingual or proficient in English
• Have at least 10 years of sales/business development experience in technology, plus 4+ years of program management leading teams of 20+ including 4+ Sales Managers
• Are passionate about cloud technologies
• Have excellent communication skills in English
• Can engage with C-level executives and manage customer relationships
• Have general IT industry knowledge and quick learning ability
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Dynamics CRM, or other CRM tools
