Under Armour Europe Retail is looking for a talented professional to join their sales team. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper relationships with the ECI buying team and driving sell-in each season. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, VM, store design, and finance, and must have clear and transparent communication. It is crucial to analyze sell-out and drive actions to address inventory issues, plan effectively, and be responsible for the account revenue.

Your Impact

• Coordinate and drive the sell-in period.
• Work closely with the assortment for each ECI cluster.
• Ensure proper inventory levels in retail stores. Coordinate store needs based on the cluster and sell-out.
• Make weekly calls regarding all ECI needs to cross-functional teams.
• Share all information needed for ECI to have the correct codification in their system.
• Control and coordinate actions to maintain claims under control.
• Actively participate in new store openings as needed. Partner with the retail team to ensure successful launches.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procedures and systems to support retail growth and business controls.
• Identify new business opportunities to win share in ECI across all UA product categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience
• Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience, or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree
• Strong retail math acumen, including inventory productivity measures (weeks of supply, sell-through, etc.)
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data; ability to synthesize information into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly
• Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative attitude
• Sense of urgency and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to manage people and build a team aligned with UA values

• Work Schedule: Fully remote
• Travel: 10% of the year
