Overview


Digital Experience Manager (with focus on CRO) at Radisson Hotel Group, responsible for managing strategic initiatives to enhance the end-to-end digital customer journey across web and mobile platforms. With a strong foundation in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), User Experience (UX), and Digital Experience Analytics, you will shape digital products and drive long-term value through improved performance and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities



  • Manage strategic initiatives to enhance the end-to-end digital customer journey across web and mobile platforms.

  • Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities; support the design and implementation of A/B tests; ensure journeys meet performance and UX standards.

  • Participate in the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team and actively engage in A/B testing activities.

  • Engage customers digitally; analyze the experience through Digital Analytics and Digital Experience Analytics tools; translate insights into practical web and app improvements.

  • Ensure customers have a positive experience at every touchpoint to build retention and loyalty.

  • Support web maintenance and enhancements of current websites, looking for quick wins and opportunities.

  • Create deliverables to define new experiences (feature specifications, user workflows, user stories, product roadmaps, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to optimize web and mobile performance with an omnichannel view; bring technical skills and innovative thinking.

  • Analyze customer journeys and ensure UX compliance; monitor performance and take action when standards are not met.

  • Maintain effective project management and time management skills; solve problems and communicate results effectively.


The successful candidate will



  • Analyze customer journeys and use Digital Analytics and Digital Experience Analytics tools (data visualization, heatmaps, dashboards) to monitor performance.

  • Deliver a best-in-class UX, increase web/app conversion rate and retention, and maximize KPI performance.

  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and execution.

  • Maintain favorable working relationships with corporate teams to foster collaboration and productivity.

  • Communicate openly and effectively; work independently with minimal direction; articulate ideas with credibility.

  • Be agile, results-oriented; a strong team player with attention to detail and a passion for the travel industry.


Requirements



  • University degree.

  • 4 years of experience in Digital Analytics, UX, A/B testing and Personalization tools; experience managing brand websites and apps projects; ecommerce experience is a plus.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Certifications or demonstrable knowledge from Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Dynamic Yield, or other reputable digital analytics/UX certifications.
