We are looking for a Digital Designer (UX/UI) (m / f / d) to join our Design & Customer Experience team and create experiences that make technology more human.

• Create and validate ideas fast – build prototypes, test early and guide decisions with real user feedback.

• Design complete experiences – craft journeys across products and platforms, balancing user needs, business goals and technical realities.
• Advance our design system – grow a shared foundation that increases quality and consistency across products.

Your Profile

• Degree in Design or a related field, with 4+ years proven experience in digital design.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
• Resilient, adaptable and collaborative, you keep learning and help others grow.
