We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team and help coordinate innovative science communication projects. If you have experience managing projects, a passion for communication, and want to grow in a dynamic and creative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Your role:
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to support the delivery of science communication projects from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they run on time and within budget.
- Assisting in the design of work plans and timelines.
- Participating in the creation of proposals and client presentations.
- Coordinating internal team activities (creative, content, design) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Taking part in meetings with clients to understand and track project needs.
- Contributing to the development of science communication strategies with guidance from senior team members.
✅ What we’re looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, marketing, communication, or related fields.
- Experience working with clients or in consumer-oriented roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish , both spoken and written.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel .
- Interest or background in science or research-related environments is a plus.
