We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative Agentic AI Center of Excellence team in Barcelona .
This hybrid role will be instrumental in designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences for our agent-powered process automation solutions .

Key Responsibilities:
User Experience & Research
- Translate complex business and user requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and wireframes.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and improve user satisfaction.
- Map and optimize user journeys across key processes (P2P, O2C, A2R, G2G, tax, payroll).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience aligns with compliance and process automation goals.
User Interface & Design Delivery
- Design modern, scalable, and accessible interfaces for agentic platforms, dashboards, and client portals.
- Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across projects.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Framer).
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff, accurate implementation, and alignment with technical feasibility.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with AI engineers, full-stack developers, and finance experts to bridge the gap between design, functionality, and business needs.
- Participate in sprint planning and product iterations, contributing ideas to improve UX and product value.
- Support the team in defining user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on clarity and experience quality.
Your Profile:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, Miro, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
- Basic understanding of front-end and back-end concepts (e.g., React, HTML/CSS, API integration) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Familiarity with version control and collaborative tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally working on complex or data-driven platforms.
- Proven ability to translate user needs into well-structured, user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and design thinking mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and user empathy throughout the design process.
Team & Environment :
- Initial team: 4 FTEs (+ 1 UX/UI), scaling to 10-12 FTEs with phased APAC/LATAM support.
- Hybrid role reporting to the Head of AI, working closely with finance experts, developers and other key stakeholders.
- Based in Barcelona, with potential collaboration on international projects.
