Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Agents for a financial services project in Madrid Spain. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international team while supporting clients in the financial and payments sector.


Location: Madrid, Spain

Languages Required: German (C1-C2), English (B2–C1)


Your Role:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%), assisting clients with credit card issues or transaction-related queries.
  • Provide accurate, timely support to resolve customer incidents and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Process and monitor customer cases, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every customer interaction.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent German (C1) and a good level of English.
  • Previous experience in customer support, financial services, or call center environments is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a structured environment.
  • Availability to work on-site in Madrid.

  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week.
