We are looking for a Senior Embryologist to play a key role in expanding our presence in Spain and across Europe. The ideal candidate will bring solid laboratory experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement and business growth. About the Role

You will interact directly with potential clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience while representing the company’s values. Working closely with our sales, marketing, scientific and laboratory team in Valencia, you will help identify new opportunities and promote advanced genetic solutions for fertility clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and market niches in the assisted reproduction field.
  • Perform embryo biopsy procedures in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Promote and support the adoption of innovative genetic testing services.
  • Build and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with clients, offering a close and personalised service.
  • Represent the company at key industry congresses and events.
  • Collaborate with local clinics and laboratories to strengthen partnerships.
  • Participate in R&D and continuous improvement projects in embryology.
  • Prepare business reports and contribute to regional strategic planning.
  • Travel regularly to clinics both in Spain and abroad.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Health Sciences, or a related field (required).
  • Postgraduate training in Embryology (required).
  • Business Management, or Healthcare Management (desirable).

About You

  • Direct experience in genetics, IVF, or molecular diagnostics.
  • At least three years of experience in assisted reproduction or a related area.
  • Proven experience in representative or client-facing roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the reproductive health ecosystem and professional associations.
  • Ideally, you should reside in Spain.

Key Competences

  • Results-driven, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Minimum of three years’ proven experience in embryo biopsy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
  • Strategic vision with strong analytical and data-based decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and business analytics tools.
  • High availability to travel regularly.
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Languages

High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
