Firinne Solutions is engaged in a search for a CMO for an exciting new operator that is launching in the Sweepstakes Casino space.

Backed by well-known & successful iGaming executives, this well-funded venture is looking to build a rewarding, customer-centric brand into the US market.

The mission is to strategise and execute an innovative marketing strategy, with the objective of creating a brand that will challenge at the top end of the market.

Taking control of the brand from launch, you will build a world-class team in Spain to deliver results across UA, CRM, social media, affiliates, influencers, partnerships, and all relevant modern marketing channels.

We are searching for a hands-on leader with tenacious qualities who can build a culture of success in a startup environment. Experience within the Sweepstakes Casino business would be perfect, or a similar area such as iGaming or Social Casino.

It is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the C-level team in a new business that will undoubtedly thrive in a marketplace that continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Market Entry & Brand Positioning

• Lead the launch of our sweepstakes brand/s
• Develop a compelling brand identity and messaging that resonates with audiences
• Differentiate the company from competitors through storytelling, creativity, and partnerships

Growth & Acquisition

• Build and execute customer acquisition campaigns across paid media, affiliates, influencers, and social channels.
• Identify and optimize high-performing growth channels unique to the US market.
• Develop strategic partnerships with brands, creators, and publishers.

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Design programs and campaigns that drive repeat participation and brand loyalty.
• Build a strong user community around the excitement of sweepstakes.
• Leverage CRM, lifecycle marketing, and personalization to keep users engaged.

Leadership & Execution

• Build and lead a marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to align marketing with the user experience.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall company strategy.

Data & Insights

• Define and track growth KPIs (acquisition, retention, CAC, LTV, engagement).
• Use analytics and consumer insights to refine campaigns and drive efficiency.
• Establish scalable, repeatable frameworks for growth.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong background in marketing leadership, ideally in sweepstakes, social casino or iGaming
• Proven success launching and scaling brands, preferably in North American markets
• Strong expertise in digital performance marketing, growth loops, and brand building.
• Experience creating grassroots buzz and leveraging influencer/affiliate marketing.
• Track record of building high-performing marketing teams.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on leader, comfortable in a start-up environment.
