Role Title: Content Creator - Video Production

We are seeking a talented Content Creator - Video Production based in Madrid, passionate about storytelling through visual media. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit engaging video and photo content tailored to multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand’s visual identity and quality standards.

Production Execution:

• Manage pre-production tasks such as mood boards, location scouting, lighting setup, and equipment preparation.
• Coordinate with external collaborators, including models, stylists, and photographers, as needed.
• Oversee on-set operations to guarantee smooth workflow and high-quality output.

Creative Contribution:

• Work alongside the creative team to generate fresh ideas and innovative content formats.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in visual storytelling, lighting techniques, and social media content strategies.

Post-Production:

• Edit video and photo assets, applying color grading, effects, and sound enhancements where necessary.
• Adapt content to meet the technical and performance requirements of each platform.

Organization & Delivery:

• Maintain an organized workflow ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
• Keep production files and content libraries well-structured and accessible for the team.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in video production, photography, and editing.
• Strong skills in lighting, composition, and proficiency with post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).
• A portfolio showcasing diverse content, from social media clips to refined brand videos.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve in fast-paced environments, and adapt to evolving demands.
• A passion for creativity and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, ideally within lifestyle, food, or hospitality brands.
• Familiarity with social media trends and producing platform-specific content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation is an advantage.
