🚀 Flagship Store Sales Assistant

Carl Hansen & Søn is looking for a Flagship Store Sales Assistant for our Flagship Store in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic about sales of design furniture and accessories. You are expected to grow the sales in the Flagship Store and be an ambassador for Carl Hansen & Søn by maintaining a welcoming and fashionable Flagship Store.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

As our Flagship Store Sales Assistant you will:

• Grow and drive the sales of our excellent mix of Carl Hansen & Søn products
• Secure a great look and atmosphere, taking care of visual merchandising in our Flagship Store
• Develop a strong understanding of our furniture and accessories collection, the history of the products and the superior quality of the materials being used
• Provide knowledge of furniture materials, design, production methods, and maintenance
• Offer interior decoration in customer’s own home
• Meet and exceed the budgeted sales performance goals
• Assist with team trainings and share product knowledge
• Support local Flagship Store PR & Marketing Campaigns
• Coordinate and organize events and other local marketing activities in the Flagship Store

​​YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-4+ years of experience in selling luxury products, preferably furniture
• 3-4+ years of design/merchandising experience
• Passion for furniture design and craftsmanship
• Able to communicate fluently in English
• Ambitious, committed, detailed oriented, proactive, and driven
• Having a strong organized work style and communication with clients
• Ability to establish a fashionable and attractive Flagship Store environment
• Personal and professional ethics and thriving in a busy and dynamic workplace
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar withPOS systems.
