BMS Engineer – Madrid

We are seeking experienced BMS Engineers to join an exciting new project in Madrid . This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile building automation project with a company known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and advanced smart building solutions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission, configure, and maintain BMS systems across multiple sites
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
• Support the integration of new technologies and open protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
• Produce accurate documentation, reports, and handover information

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with BMS systems (Delta, Trend, JCI, Tridium Niagara, or similar)
• Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Experience with system integration and open protocols (BACnet, Modbus)
• Proven problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently on site and as part of a collaborative team
• Relevant technical or engineering qualifications
