🚀 Sales and Marketing Internship

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated marketing/sales student fluent in Italian and Spanish to join our hybrid content marketing and sales team in our Barcelona office.

In this role, you will maintain regular contact with web partners and advertisers in our network, building and managing your own portfolio of accounts. Networking and negotiating the best deals for our members will be a key part of your career journey. Once you onboard campaigns and deals, you will be responsible for getting them up and running efficiently.

Responsibilities – Sales

• Reach out to potential partners via calls and emails for prospecting
• Manage the full sales cycle for your accounts post initial training period
• Maintain daily contact with advertisers, marketing agencies, and affiliated networks to secure new deals
• Identify new opportunities to grow our membership base

Responsibilities – Content

• Create and write web content on webshops, brands, and promotions
• Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Write and publish news articles, texts, and banner ads
• Acquire new brands/webshops and integrate them into websites/apps
• Monitor and respond to customer and user comments and inquiries
• Send newsletters and daily emails
• Support the Country and Campaign/Content Manager for Spain and Italy

Your Profile

• Passionate about communication and sales
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Creative, innovative, and proactive mindset
• Fluent in Italian and Spanish
• English must be on conversational level
• French are a plus
• Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
