Broster Buchanan are partnered with a global leader in the medical diagnostics field who are currently in the middle of an exciting global D365 F&O implementation, and are looking for a D365 R2R Functional Lead to join and help with the system design, configuration and architecture. This is a new role created to join their centre of excellence in Porto or Barcelona due to increased demand within the existing team.
On offer is a salary of €70k - €90k + a 20% bonus. The role can be based at either their Barcelona or Porto offices (their 2 centres of excellence) and offers flexible working, with 2-8 days onsite per month and the rest remote. There will be an occasional need to travel internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Provides module based expertise to review business requirements, define application solutions and provide challenges to ensure standardisation (adopt not adapt).
- Review/complete Functional Design Document, configuration, unit test, support data design and reconciliation for support releases
- Provide support to process teams and users during SIT and UAT as needed during country deployments.
- Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Utilise methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with initially Process Leads, and then as appropriate finance, procurement, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure project alignment and integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate with all teams to achieve project objectives, including 3rd party and support organisations.
- Develop and utilise analytics and reporting tools to monitor process performance.
- Generate regular reports on project status, process metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and process documentation.
- Provide training and support to team members and technology functional capabilities as required
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of processes and best practise for an enterprise level D365 F&O project, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi country implementations
- Expertise in the functional and technical capabilities of D365 F&O, including understanding and translating complex needs into appropriate solutions within the R2R workstream
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools in the context of technology change projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments across different countries successfully, and manage third party vendor resources
