Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and organised TikTok Content Creator (experienced) to join our team full-time or part-time (based at our Poble Nou office). If you love the world of fashion and jewellery, have a strong visual eye, and enjoy creating engaging digital content, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design compelling content for Tik Tok & Instagram (feed, stories, reels)
- Create vlog-style content and bring energy and personality in front of the camera
- Understand TikTok’s tone, culture, and trends, and know what type of content performs well
- Recording, edit and posting videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Plan and schedule social media posts based on a monthly content calendar
- Manage our community: reply to DMs, engage with followers, and respond to comments
- Support in photoshoots (e.g., summer campaigns)
- Support our events manager (availability/flexibility on weekends when we have events)
- Participate in the creative planning and brainstorming of the content calendar
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and recording both on- and off-camera voiceovers
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok, Instagram and Reels trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant
What We’re Looking For
- A true passion for beauty, aesthetics and/or fashion
- Outgoing and confident in front of the camera — you have your own active TikTok account, you love sharing, talking, showing, and vlogging
- Basic to intermediate skills in design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- A strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling on social media
- At least 1 year of work experience in content creation and social media management
- A creative portfolio you’re proud of
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Team player with great communication skills and a hands-on mindset
- Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators
- Experience analysing content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape and what drives engagement
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategy and branding
