About the Role

We’re currently looking for a Hardware Engineer to join us in creating next-generation embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand customer requirements
• Develop concept and Hardware architecture design and provide specifications
• Development of automotive Hardware products from high-volume low-cost series-vehicle electronics up to low-volume high-complexity digital measurement products
• Hardware development with Altium including schematics, BOM creation and PCB layout.
• Define layout constraints
• Plan and execute product Hardware validation (thermal, EMC, Safety)
• Analyse EMC issues
• Documentation and specification of Hardware design

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or similar
• At least 4 years of experience in hardware design
• Previous experience in the automotive industry desirable
• Knowledge of eCAD tools, Altium or similar
• Experience in solving EMC issues
• Fluent English
• Spanish and/or German will be a plus

Nice to have:

• Previous experience or knowledge of mechanical parts design with CAD
