From the IT Sales division at Robert Walters, we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager with proven experience in Hardware and Software sales for a growing multinational company recently established in Madrid.


Job requirements


  • Consistently demonstrated strong results.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT procurement, SaaS, or related industries. Familiarity with global procurement processes is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and procurement workflows, with the ability to translate technical needs into business solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish (both C1 level or higher).
  • Able and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in market analysis and comfortable working with data and statistical
  • tools.
  • Experience managing global accounts is an advantage.
