We’re looking for a Content Creator specialized in podcasts and social media , with a creative and strategic mindset, to amplify our brand’s voice and turn our most inspiring conversations into engaging, smart, and impactful content.

Your mission

You’ll transform Nova’s podcasts and community stories into content that sparks conversation, engagement, and growth. You’ll bring our brand to life across video and social platforms, with strong aesthetics, storytelling skills, and a data-driven approach.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full podcast production process , from audio editing to publishing.
• Extract key moments from podcasts and interviews to create short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
• Design visual assets and clips that strengthen Nova’s identity and positioning across social channels.
• Actively contribute to content strategy , proposing new ideas and formats.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve reach and impact.

What we’re looking for

• Passion for podcasts, storytelling, and audiovisual content creation .
• Hands-on experience with video and audio editing tools (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Audacity, or similar).
• A creative, proactive mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging, value-driven content .
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Excellent copywriting skills for concise and catchy captions or hooks.
• Fluent English (required); Spanish and Italian are a plus.
