The ideal candidate will have:

➡ UK/EU Right to Work (No sponsorship available)

➡ Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

➡ Fluent Spanish Language skills (Spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

➡ Develop and manage project scope and cost plans

➡ Lead tendering processes, including bid evaluation and contractor selection

➡ Support procurement and contract award activities

➡ Prepare and manage work packages using site-specific systems (e.g., SAP)

➡ Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance and safe systems of work

➡ Monitor resource allocation including labour, materials, and subcontractors

➡ Oversee project delivery to meet cost, schedule, quality, and HSE benchmarks

➡ Review technical drawings and specifications for cost and scope alignment

➡ Assist in final account preparation and commissioning support
