🚀 TikTok Content Creator

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and organised TikTok Content Creator (experienced) to join our team full-time or part-time (based at our Poble Nou office). If you love the world of fashion and jewellery, have a strong visual eye, and enjoy creating engaging digital content, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling content for Tik Tok & Instagram (feed, stories, reels)
• Create vlog-style content and bring energy and personality in front of the camera
• Understand TikTok’s tone, culture, and trends, and know what type of content performs well
• Recording, edit and posting videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Plan and schedule social media posts based on a monthly content calendar
• Manage our community: reply to DMs, engage with followers, and respond to comments
• Support in photoshoots (e.g., summer campaigns)
• Support our events manager (availability/flexibility on weekends when we have events)
• Participate in the creative planning and brainstorming of the content calendar
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and recording both on- and off-camera voiceovers
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok, Instagram and Reels trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant
