✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead .
• Main stack: Python.
• Node.js: experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience can substitute.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases .
• Fluent in English and native in Spanish.
• Experience with other backend technologies such as .NET or Java is a strong plus.
