As part of the role, it is important to propose feasible solutions focused on improving productivity, reducing costs, reducing risks, and increasing employee’s satisfaction through automation, data analytics and better ways of work.
As an SCDA, your responsibilities will include:
- Collect requirements from all levels of the supply chain structure and translate them to technical specifications through diagrams, user-stories, scope definitions, requirements matrix among others.
- Support the elaboration, maintenance and communication of project charter and other related project documents through team and stakeholders.
- Train, support and act as internal consultant for end-users to the use, design and improve of digital tools develop or to be developed.
- Support decision making by providing data automation, analysis and representation through Azure SQL, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, Excel Files and related sources of data.
- Coordinate, manage, follow up and be accountable of the effective project development as for internal as for external work.
The SCDA position is well-suited for you if you:
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience working as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in any management and/or digital field.
