🚀 Finance Director

Multinational manufacturing company expanding its business.

Role:

Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, the Finance Manager of the Business Unit, will be responsible for:

• Provide leadership and oversight to the finance team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the accounting function.
• Deliver timely financial statements to senior management.
• Manage the monthly close process and prepare the management reporting package.
• Lead and execute the year-end close process and manage external annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
• Drive affiliates financial planning and annual budget/forecast processes.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the allocation of financial resources.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance and operational costs, identifying areas for potential improvement and cost efficiency.

Profile:

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Controller within a multinational company.
• Proficiency in accounting principles (IFRS).
• Proficiency in analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• Strong ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent command of English, both written and verbal.
