🚀 Project Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate an international shipbuilding program. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming the information developed by the Technical Office into reality — from production kickoff to the moment the vessel is successfully delivered to the client after sea trials.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning, cost control, and ensuring quality throughout all stages of construction
• Coordination between Technical Office, Production, Procurement, and Client
• Supervision of timelines, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Management of documentation, commissioning, and delivery processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture, (an MSc or Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or shipbuilding
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent level of English and Spanish (both required)
• Other languages such as French or Portuguese will be valued
