Pre-Preg Composite Laminator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Preg Composite Laminator to join our growing team in Palma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite manufacturing with a particular focus on pre-impregnated (pre-preg) carbon fibre lay-up. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with high attention to detail and a passion for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay-up and laminate composite materials using pre-preg carbon fibre to precise engineering drawings and specifications
• GRP repairs
• Trim, vacuum bag, and prepare moulds for curing
• Operate autoclaves and ovens in line with technical instructions
• Ensure all work meets the required quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pre-preg composite laminating
• Strong understanding of composite materials and vacuum bagging techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and a team player
• EU work authorisation or valid permit to work in Spain

Desirable:

• Experience working with carbon fibre in a marine or yacht setting
• Experience working with pre preg lamination
• Spanish and/or English language skills
