Your Tasks

Serve as the nominated Head of Quality & Safety of Pilatus Ibérica, ensuring conformity with approved design data and regulatory requirements

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Pilatus Quality System, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and Part 21 obligations.

Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with EN 9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001, and Part 21 requirements.

Lead Quality Assurance activities: internal/external audits, inspections, supplier surveillance, and certification processes.

Build, develop, and manage the Quality team to ensure competence and regulatory awareness.

With this you convince us

Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace Quality Management, with proven responsibility under Part 21 Subpart G (POA).

In-depth knowledge of EASA requirements, EN 9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory frameworks.

Demonstrated authority in quality assurance regulatory compliance and audit management.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English (spoken and written);
Spanish and German are an advantage.
