and strengthen its financial and operational autonomy from its former parent group. This transition involves
setting up new entities , a
full ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , and the
implementation of new financial reporting and consolidation processes . We’re looking for a
hands-on, sharp, and business-minded Financial Controller
who will play a key role in this transformation. Tasks
Reporting directly to the
CFO , you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day accounting and financial controlling operations for the group’s subsidiaries in Spain and the U.S., while actively contributing to ERP migration, process improvement, and financial decision‑making. It’s a
hybrid role between accounting and controlling , ideal for someone who enjoys both the analytical and operational sides of finance and wants to grow within a fast‑evolving international structure. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and validate accounting entries in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , ensuring compliance with
Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and U.S. GAAP . Lead monthly closings and account reconciliations ( AP, AR, GL ) for Spain and the U.S. entities. Prepare
weekly AP/AR reconciliations, debt and aging reports , ensuring financial visibility at all times. Support
consolidation activities
across Spain, U.S., and (future) Canada entities. Perform
variance and profitability analysis
by cost centers, product lines, and markets. Provide
clear, well‑structured financial reporting and insights
to the CFO for decision‑making. Assist with
budgeting and forecasting , improving accuracy and visibility. Act as
key finance contact
for cross‑functional teams (logistics, operations, purchasing). Contribute to the
ERP migration
and the setup of new financial processes. Develop and automate
reports and dashboards
(Power BI knowledge is a plus). Requirements
Degree in
Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration . 5+ years of experience
in accounting/controlling within
industrial or product‑based environments
(manufacturing, assembly, retail, or distribution). Strong command of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
(mandatory). Advanced
Excel
skills — able to present data and insights clearly and fast. Experience with
financial consolidation
and
multi‑entity reporting . Analytical, detail‑oriented, and highly
autonomous . Strong
communication in English
(daily use) and Spanish (working level). Proactive, solution‑driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, hands‑on environment. Comfortable working under pressure and eager to
take ownership
