Position Overview
KB AGRO & RESEARCH COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented
Sales Executive
to join its
Poultry Division . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving poultry and egg sales, managing client accounts, expanding distribution networks, and contributing to the growth of General Trade (GT) and B2B market segments.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads, make field visits, and achieve monthly sales targets. Manage poultry accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely payment collection. Appoint and oversee distributors to enhance regional sales performance. Expand and support General Trade (GT) and B2B customer segments. Conduct regular market research and prepare sales performance reports. Resolve client issues efficiently, handle credit control, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in poultry or egg sales (Preferred). Sound understanding of Nepal’s poultry industry and market trends.
Required Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, manage clients, and meet tight deadlines.
Mandatory Requirement
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
