What you will need
Studies in Aeronautical Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Flight Dispatch, Pilot License, or similar.
Advanced Spanish & English (written and spoken)
A strong understanding of the aviation operational environment (a plus)
Willingness to work different shifts.
Ability to handle real-time operational challenges and find practical solutions.
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
