We are seeking a Legal Counsel who will be supporting the Legal and Compliance Officer in handling daily legal matters for both our B2B and B2C entities. As part of a small but crucial team reporting to the Chief Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, the Legal and Compliance department plays a key role in advising and assisting the Group to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will participate in various aspects of the legal field as needed by the Group, whether that involves advising internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts, or communicating with external parties. In addition to the legal responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate should also be prepared to support and assist with administrative tasks. What you will be doing
Advising on legal matters Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents Support with administrative tasks when required Liaise with external advisors and regulatory authorities, ensuring our company stays abreast of regulatory updates. Submission on the SEDE portal for quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports Opening of electronic mail on the DEHU website Assistance in answering letters from the DGOJ Corporate and regulatory compliance queries and submissions with Registro Mercantile Player cases and garnishments payments Who you are
Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification). Excellent communication in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
