Overview

Process Automation Manager at The Knot Worldwide. You will own the vision, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of key automation projects. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you’ll manage a Business Analyst squad and partner closely with the Project Management, Operations, Sales, Product teams, and engineering squads. You’ll translate strategic goals into prioritized features and drive rapid, high-quality releases that unlock significant efficiency gains. Responsibilities

Define & Prioritize: Own the feature backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize work to bring early business impact. Drive Delivery: Lead discovery, design, development and rollout of automations in short, iterative sprints. Align Stakeholders: Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering and Business teams to manage scope, dependencies and risks. Track & Report: Monitor key metrics, and present progress to the Leadership team and key stakeholders. Enable the Team: Mentor and guide Business Analysts on requirements gathering and UAT, fostering a culture of rapid learning and continuous improvement. Qualifications

2+ years managing business analysts, technical or process-oriented teams in a technology-driven environment (ideally software products used by business teams). 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor to a technical product or process-oriented team, covering ideation, discovery, development, launch, and post-launch iteration. Hands-on experience defining and shipping integrations on Zendesk, NetSuite and/or Salesforce. Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, data models and performance constraints with engineering. Proven track record of iterative delivery in Agile environments with frequent releases and rapid feedback. Excellent stakeholder management: ability to balance executive priorities with squad execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Superb written and verbal communication in English. Benefits
