一、工作职责:
- 负责欧洲运营商、代理商、服务商等2B市场服务运营管理工作,制定并执行服务策略,优化服务流程,提升线下服务质量(NPS & TAT);
- 负责门店新建,建设进度,资产安全,易寻性方案落地;
- 负责本地用户需求洞察,线下解决方案落地及运营,区域定制化方案开发;
- 看护线下核心指标、预算管理,协助代理经营分析与改善;
二、岗位要求:
- 具备良好的学习能力,快速熟悉行业及业务,能独立分析业务现状及问题;
- 有较强项目管理能力、组织协调能力、沟通表达能力及系统分析能力,具备优秀的信息搜集分析能力,报告撰写能力;
- 具备1年以上运营经验;
- 具备良好的中文和英语能力,可以作为工作语言

I. Responsibilities :
- Responsible for service operations management in the B2B market, including operators, agents, and service providers in Europe. Develop and implement service strategies, optimize service processes, and improve offline service quality (NPS & TAT).
- Oversee new store openings, construction progress, asset security, and implementation of visibility solutions.
- Gain insights into local user needs, implement offline solutions, and support the operation and development of region-specific customized solutions.
- Monitor key offline performance indicators, manage budgets, and assist agents with business analysis and performance improvement.
II. Requirements :
- Strong learning ability to quickly understand the industry and business, and independently analyze business status and identify problems.
- Strong project management, organizational and coordination skills, communication and presentation abilities, as well as system analysis capabilities. Excellent skills in information gathering, analysis, and report writing.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
