Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate an international shipbuilding program. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming the information developed by the Technical Office into reality — from production kickoff to the moment the vessel is successfully delivered to the client after sea trials.
Responsibilities:
Project planning, cost control, and ensuring quality throughout all stages of construction
Coordination between Technical Office, Production, Procurement, and Client
Supervision of timelines, suppliers, and subcontractors
Management of documentation, commissioning, and delivery processes
Requirements:
Degree in Naval Architecture , (an MSc or Master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or shipbuilding
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent level of English and Spanish (both required)
Other languages such as French or Portuguese will be valued
