Our mission is to scale from 200 to 700 rooms in the next five years, backed by a €10 M real‑estate acquisition credit line and €2 M operational funding, and ultimately launch a €50 M Flex‑Living Investment Fund.

Responsibilities and Key Missions

• Lead fundraising efforts for the €10 M real‑estate expansion and €2 M operational cash flow.
• Build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real‑estate investors.
• Identify and secure off‑market, under‑value property deals for acquisition.
• Play a strategic role in structuring the future €50 M Flex‑Living Investment Fund.
• Position Palma Coliving as the go‑to boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong network in family offices, private investors, and real‑estate funds.
• 10+ years of proven experience in real‑estate investment, capital raising, private equity, or fund management.
• Track record in securing financing, structuring deals, and investor relations.
• Passion for flex‑living, boutique hospitality, and innovative real‑estate models.
