You will work from a set structure and gradually be given more tools and responsibilities as we grow. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, agents and marketing team.You are expected to be able to handle and oversee a variety of tasks, including:Office ManagementReal Estate Coordination & Listing ManagementMarketing SupportOther Growth InitiativesWe expect the Real Estate Coordinator & Office Manager to stay up to date with real estate listings, manage operational workflows, and build strong internal and external relationships. This role will be central to the daily running of the company and the execution of our operational standards.Nice to havesExperience working in real estate, hospitality, or a high-paced office environmentExperience working with a luxury or HNWI brand or serviceExperience working with scheduling, CRM or task management toolsExperience working with Resales, Inmobalia or similar softwareExperience with administrative support in a professional services environmentExperience working with content coordination or social mediaExperience working with marketing teamsExperience working with events or open housesExperience working with Notion, Asana or similar softwareWho you areYou have a passion for our mission at Amea. You live and breathe real estate, design and luxury and will work relentlessly to build the best brand there is. 2+ years of experience in the luxury- or HNWI sector, operating notably in real estate, fashion or hospitality.You are scrappy and do whatever it takes to get the job done.You want to grind and get your hands dirty.You are a highly resourceful and an executor who can produce results in a highly ambiguous environment.
