The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, marketing properties, and facilitating real estate transactions. Daily tasks include meeting and communicating with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales, and preparing necessary documents for transactions. The agent will also provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth process for all clients.NOTE : This position requires that you are autonomo and the ability to work independently. The role is fully commission-based, with the opportunity to earn attractive bonuses.QualificationsA valid Real Estate LicenseExperience in Real Estate and Real PropertyStrong Customer Service and Sales skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the local real estate market in Marbella is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
