Your Tasks Lead the design, development and industrialization of tools and manufacturing processes, ensuring ergonomics, safety, repeatability and maintainability in all tooling and equipment
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Supply Chain Engineering to ensure manufacturability and scalability, ensuring the availability and readiness of the necessary tools for production
Manage inventory, calibrations, repairs and consumables and maintain full lifecycle traceability of tooling and hand tools
Ensure compliance with UNE-EN 9100, NADCAP and internal quality regulations, drafting (where appropriate) and maintaining technical documentation: tooling requirements, process specifications, work instructions and training guides
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects oriented to costs, deadlines and efficiency, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce non-conformities and optimize the use of tools
Participate in internal audits, KPI analysis and lessons learned processes, supporting other areas of Manufacturing Engineering in strategic projects or peak loads
With this you convince us Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering
6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, tooling design, or process development within aerospace, automotive, or heavy industry
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (., CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, welding, composites, assembly, and additive manufacturing
Hands-on experience with tooling development, fixture design, or automated assembly solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving production environment
