Job Description

Develop, with the rest of the project researchers, the project's activities, including fermentation biotechnology with non-Saccharomyces yeasts, especially Lachancea thermotolerans. Analysis of fermented yeasts using FTIR, GC-FID, GC-MS, LC-DAD, and enzymatic analysis. Use of emerging non-thermal processing techniques. Processing and analysis of data generated by the project.
