Your Tasks

Oversee and coordinate the overall maintenance of the industrial facility.

Manage HVAC systems in critical areas, including paint shops.

Ensure proper operation and monitoring of pressure lines and auxiliary systems.

Develop and implement the annual preventive maintenance plan for machines and equipment.

Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.

Ensure compliance with aerospace, safety, and environmental regulations, leading improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

With this you convince us

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.

Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Manager in an industrial environment. Desirable Aerospace sector

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems for paint shops and pressure lines.

Proven experience in contract management and preventive maintenance planning.

Solid track record in supplier management and project coordination.

Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
