The Opportunity

You will be part of the Group compliance team, reporting to the Group Chief Compliance Officer.

As the Head of Regulatory Compliance Executive within the Group compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to various regulatory authorities, with a focus on payment services regulation. You will play a key role in ensuring Worldline complies with global regulatory requirements, especially in a dynamic environment with evolving regulations and innovations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on global regulatory requirements and assess their impact across jurisdictions.
  • Review and align existing policies and procedures with regulatory standards.
  • Assess the robustness of systems, controls, and practices.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to governance and assist with audits.
  • Support the preparation of license applications.
  • Maintain a database of regulatory publications and provide summaries to relevant teams.
  • Ensure documentation integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform administrative duties and additional tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic programs such as DORA, CESO, and PSD3.

Who Are We Looking For

We seek forward-thinking individuals who can drive positive change, with passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. Specifically, you should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • An undergraduate degree in law, compliance, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of payment services regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and integrity, capable of working with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with European regulatory compliance projects.
