As HR & Talent Officer for corporate and local level, you will support the HR team in all HR, Recruitment, and administrative related tasks. In addition, you are the guide for the managers of the French sites with all HR-related questions and administration. The function focuses on ensuring that the French sites function optimally . For the Corporate HR processes, you ensure correct payroll input and execution, and general personnel administration and FU. As a Talent Officer, in addition to France, under the coordination of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Officer, you are also responsible for selection and recruitment for other countries. Together with the HR colleagues, you are responsible for the day-to-day implementations and follow-up that ensure the achievement of the various business objectives.

What tasks will you perform?

  • Understanding the organization and the HR processes as a whole, in order to be able to support the whole.
  • You are responsible for the follow-up of correct (personnel) administration in accordance with the accurate legislation, business rules and procedures.
  • You are responsible for the input, management and administration of the input for payroll processing and general personnel administration for the French sites. This is in accordance with current legislation and company rules and procedures.
  • Point of contact for all HR-related matters in France, which require an affinity with and knowledge of the entire organization.
  • You keep the overview of salaries and adjustments up to date. You stay up to date with the legislation, business rules and procedures.
  • You have a flawless cooperation with the payroll provider and are an intermediary for the employees with questions about their payment.
  • Works together with the prevention advisor on HR-related matters.
  • Thinks about, provides input for the implementation of optimizations for HR software systems. To this end, you work together with the Corporate HR Operations & BP.
  • Drafting vacancies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Officer and / or in consultation with the Group HR manager and the relevant department head.
  • Follow-up selection process (searching for employees, holding interviews, scheduling, follow-up with parties involved).
  • Follows up on the training and development plans in consultation with managers and ensures implementation within budget.
  • Supporting and contributing to the sustainable business values of the organization.

Who are we looking for?

  • Master / bachelor in HR related direction, or equivalent by experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Works accurately, is detailed and KPI-driven.
  • Highly developed, demonstrable skills in the field of teamwork. Maintains a hands-on mentality.
  • Familiar with French labor law, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Highly effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
  • Not only propagates the sustainable business values of the organization in the performance of the job, but also actively applies them in the roll-out of the process and any negotiations that lead to optimizations.
  • Flexible attitude with a healthy sense of humor.
  • Can function in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Mastery of MS Office.
  • Speaks and writes French and English fluently , other languages are a plus.
  • Is proactive and knows how to detect opportunities.
  • Is an entrepreneur who achieves results together in the team with integrity and in a respectful way.
