• Manage a global team of 25+ engineers, project managers, and system leaders
• Oversee $20M+ in annual product revenue
• Lead customer-driven development and go-to-market strategies
• Drive product profitability, roadmap execution, and market positioning
• Own project delivery with budgets from $100K–$1M+
• Bridge R&D, pre-sales, and business development

• Strong technical background in RF technologies.
