Context

Management of a pool of developers and tech leads.

Mission

• Facilitate the emergence of a shared technical vision aligned with the DSI strategy.
• Manage a team of about twenty developers.
• Animate continuous reflection around quality practices and collect the team around development standards.
• Coordinate debt pilotage: facilitate identification, evaluation, and integration of debt topics into the backlog with the PO.
• As the owner of technical knowledge sharing, create learning conditions for everyone.
• Facilitate transverse technical coordination.
• Encourage the team to understand business stakes and embody this value logic.
• Champion agile values and foster collective responsibility.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Strong mastery of Java/Angular technologies and batch processing.
• Participate in architecture choices and technical design (API, performance, scalability, security).
• Lead co-construction and appropriation of a technical vision for the entity.
• Ensure coherence of daily implementation choices with the target.
• Manage a team of about twenty developers (recruitment, progress tracking, evaluation, projection, and skill development), supported by operational leads.
• Define and pilot debt reduction actions.
• Participate in implementing the target test strategy.
• Work in a SAFE agile framework and participate in rituals (PI planning, demo, …).
• Implement and pilot development plans for developers, facilitate pair programming and tech talks by everyone.
