Workshop & Logistics Coordinator – Samaya

Samaya, a French brand of technical equipment, is looking for a Workshop & Logistics Coordinator to join its workshop in Annecy, France. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and durability of Samaya products through repair, logistics and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain returned products (SAV, location, RE‑USE, marketing).
• Organize and supervise repair work of cottonters for complex repairs.
• Guarantee quality and compliance of repairs before shipping out of workshop.
• Conduct tests on test benches to validate performance of products when necessary.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and partner relationships.
• Manage Processes & continuous improvement, formalizing and improving repair and quality procedures.
• Train and support cottonters on established methods and standards.
• Translate repair procedures to client service, sales and communication teams.
• Report observations to R&D regarding SAV issues.
• Support projects measuring product impact, quality and durability.
• Logistics management (stock, transport, customs). Manage internal stock: reception, inventory, replenishment.
• Prepare and organize shipments for factories, warehouses, clients, marketing and market events.
• Optimize storage organization and logistics operations efficiency.
• Ensure data reliability and update of stock tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Technical repair and simple sewing skills.
• Strong organization, rigor, autonomy to coordinate multiple activities and partners (cottonters, carriers, logisticians).
• Team spirit and sense of service, directly linked to client satisfaction.
• Motivation to contribute to strong RSE approach focusing on durability and quality.
• Experience in logistics, stock management, workshop or SAV, ideally industrial, textile, outdoor, e‑commerce or retail environment.
• Comfort with IT tools (Excel, reporting, ERP, WMS, etc.).
• Basic knowledge (or capacity to learn) of international transport and customs procedures.
• Good English level for exchanges with suppliers and partners.
