The team designs and manufactures Oscillators, Receivers and Transceivers that enable satellite-ground and inter-satellite communication for some of the globe's biggest telecommunications companies.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage a global team of 25+ engineers, project managers, and system leaders
• Oversee $20M+ in annual product revenue
• Lead customer-driven development and go-to-market strategies
• Drive product profitability, roadmap execution, and market positioning
• Own project delivery with budgets from $100K–$1M+
• Bridge R&D, pre-sales, and business development

What You Bring :

• Proven experience managing complex tech product lines (preferably in Aerospace, Defence, or Telecom)
• Strong technical background in RF technologies.
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on leadership and customer engagement skill
