Responsibilities

• Recruitment: from sourcing to integration! Conduct needs analysis, post job postings, identify profiles by browsing CV databases, etc.
• Administrative management related to the delegation of temporary workers: generate contracts, monitor hours worked, receive/verify/transmit payroll elements, etc.
• Commercial relations: provide physical and telephone reception by handling various requests and questions from temporary workers, participating in candidate registrations, etc.

Integration

Upon your arrival, a tailor‑made integration process is put in place to offer you the best conditions for development, including support from the first week with your manager to guide you as you take up your position.

Compensation

Fixed base + variable - 22/25KEUR gross annual.

Selection process

Our aim is to guarantee an efficient recruitment process, in two stages, over a maximum period of one month: 1st stage: telephone interview of 15 to 30 minutes; 2nd stage: interview with the manager.
