How will you make a difference?

• Your scope will have a transversal role and support the Brakes & Couplers Division: 9 plants, circa 1 000 people.
• You will support VP operations in productivity management, layout evolution, and technology transfer.
• You will drive industrial performance, OPEX, CAPEX, and variances ensuring budget targets are delivered.
• You will manage manufacturing sites workload and execute Technology Transfer (ToT) and Production Transfer (ToP).
• You will interface with Product Line.
• You will deploy Lean, Digitization and Sustainability program so that manufacturing sites in your scope deliver best‑in‑class service.

What do we want to know about you?

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Mandatory experience in managing a department (production, quality, supply chain, …) or in managing a manufacturing site.
• Hands‑on, interpersonal skills, ability to drive multiple projects and to meet deadlines, ability to drive and motivate others.

What will your typical day look like?

• Interface with Product Line.
